Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Cornerstone Development is looking for a strategic, data‑driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimise commercial and operational functions within its real‑estate business. You will ensure seamless alignment across sales, CRM, and business operations to drive efficiency and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM operations, guaranteeing full system optimisation and efficiency.
• Oversee broker management, including performance tracking and relationship development.
• Maintain real‑time inventory availability across all platforms.
• Design and monitor payment plans that align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis and company goals.
• Plan and manage project phasing to support sales strategy and inventory release.
• Analyse data and performance metrics to guide operational and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure target alignment and execution.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
