Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in the GCC and Levant, is looking for a performance marketing account executive to join its growing team and work on some of the region's most exciting brands. The role covers the full range of performance campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize a high volume of campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other digital media outlets.
• Manage campaigns to meet clients' ROI goals and respond quickly to optimization suggestions from digital strategists.
• Oversee growth in performance and continuously analyze results, reporting on digital campaigns.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all engines and campaigns.
• Create and run pay-per-click text ads, including A/B testing, and report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, calculating cost per lead and projecting spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• A marketing and advertising background is a big plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor and Google Analytics.
• Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing and extensive bid management and lead generation.
• Vast experience with the Google Content Network and display advertising.
• Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing.
