Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Al Mokhlif Oud is expanding its digital footprint across the KSA and GCC and seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead a data‑driven strategy that boosts online sales and brand awareness. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across paid media, content, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a 6‑month digital marketing roadmap aligned with sales targets and define measurable KPIs.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat and TikTok, monitoring daily performance, conversions and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve cost efficiency and engagement.
• Lead content strategy, coordinating photos, videos, reels and influencer collaborations to maintain a luxurious brand identity.
• Manage CRM segmentation, email and SMS automation workflows to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Set up performance dashboards, analyse traffic sources and user behaviour, and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing within the KSA/GCC region, preferably for e‑commerce or luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of online customer journeys, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to translate business goals into clear, data‑driven marketing plans.
