Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of Dubizzle Group which has five brands and more than 123 million monthly users. As Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will create, shape and optimise digital campaigns and work with internal teams to develop end-to-end marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in developing the overall digital marketing strategy across many channels and drive it on a core set of projects and initiatives
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on them
• Research market trends, audience and competitors, and the full consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions
• Understand existing tracking and funnels, and assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
• Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities
• Produce effective ad copy and define OKRs for channel experiences

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 3-5 years of prior experience in digital marketing
• Fluency in English
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges

Required skills

• In-depth practical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital marketing channels
• Web analytics, with Google Analytics experience preferred
• Strong technical and data analysis skills
• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
