Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing. The role will be based in New Cairo and will work closely with Finance and other departments to maintain compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete employee personnel cycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle attendance, overtime, deductions, leave balances, and payroll adjustments.
• Manage social insurance procedures, including employee registrations and terminations.
• Prepare employment contracts, personnel documents, and required HR forms.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Generate payroll and personnel reports and provide accurate HR data when required.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments on payroll‑related matters.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, leaves, and personnel matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Personnel, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with monthly payroll processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
