Senior Planning & Landscape Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Planning & Landscape Architect to lead the creation of master plans and landscape designs that align with project goals, client expectations, and environmental standards. The role involves overseeing the full design lifecycle from site analysis to construction documentation and on‑site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive master plans and landscape concepts that integrate aesthetic, functional, and sustainability criteria.
• Conduct detailed site assessments, evaluating topography, climate, and existing conditions to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Produce renderings, detailed drawings, and presentation materials for stakeholder review.
• Ensure designs comply with local zoning, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for landscape and planning components.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with project managers to monitor progress and adjust designs as needed during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and master planning, preferably on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design and master‑planning expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
