Senior PMO Analyst

About the role

The Senior PMO Analyst supports the execution of strategic and operational initiatives by providing structured project management and governance across the organization. You will work closely with sponsors, functional leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives move smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and translate them into project charters.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Maintain the master project portfolio, tracking ownership, stage‑gate status and risk/progress ratings.
• Score and rank candidate initiatives to build a prioritized pipeline.
• Own assigned initiatives end‑to‑end, driving execution and following up on action items.
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating blockers and coordinating mitigation actions.
• Define and track measurable value/benefit metrics to confirm delivery against business cases.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial, finance and engineering stakeholders.
• Lead high‑priority, time‑sensitive projects assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, PMO or a similar role.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM or equivalent) is a plus.
