Senior Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Buyer to lead indirect procurement for logistics, warehousing, facilities and related services. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost‑effective, uninterrupted service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs and tender processes for assigned categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies that optimise total cost of ownership and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage the full Procure‑to‑Pay cycle from request validation to purchase order issuance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Technical and Operations teams throughout the procurement process.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify and onboard new suppliers; monitor performance using KPIs and conduct reviews.
• Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids and lead commercial negotiations.
• Review and negotiate contract terms, monitor utilisation and manage renewals or amendments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide guidance and communicate risks.
• Produce procurement reports, maintain documentation and support audits.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience handling high‑value projects in logistics, fleet, warehouse or industrial procurement.
• Experience with both CAPEX and OPEX procurement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
