Senior Product Owner

About the role

Lumin Soft, a leading software house in Egypt, is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join its hybrid team. You will drive product vision, manage the backlog, and collaborate closely with UX designers and development teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day product management activities and business analysis.
• Identify stakeholder needs, capture requirements, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Work with UX designers, provide UI feedback, and ensure continuous product improvement.
• Operate within Agile ceremonies, refine priorities, set milestones, and mitigate risks.
• Create visual diagrams (use case, flowchart, state, context, swimlane) to illustrate requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management; Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
• 2‑5 years of relevant product ownership or business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in technical documentation such as BRD, SRS, SRD, and Scope of Work.
• Familiarity with diagramming techniques (use case, flowchart, state, context, swimlane).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Agile certification is a plus.
