Senior Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Specialist to lead our food manufacturing operations in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and lead production engineers and operators.
• Ensure daily and weekly production plans are achieved and monitor actual output against targets.
• Coordinate with Planning to develop and execute production schedules.
• Investigate delays, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve machine utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
• Maintain compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and SOPs.
• Work with Maintenance to guarantee equipment availability.
• Monitor raw material and packaging availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Coach and develop junior production engineers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven experience in production planning and team leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
