Senior Program Manager – Mass Vendor Relations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Mass Vendor Relations team and support the Vendor Success Program. You will enable new vendor partnerships and integrate their product portfolios into Amazon’s retail sites across the MENA region, working in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver critical initiatives for small and medium vendors, including selection expansion, availability, operational performance, marketing and promotions.
• Manage workstreams with remote operations teams – planning, requirements definition, metric setting, risk management and communication.
• Identify growth opportunities for vendors, establish processes and own business performance.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Retail teams to share learnings and drive joint actions on complex problems.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, resourceful and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and deliver measurable results.
• Strategic and tactical thinker who can take initiative and solve ambiguous problems.
• Strong communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience with Excel.
• 5+ years in account, project or program management or buying.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions and managing P&L.
