Senior Program Manager – Partner Experience, Safety & Compliance

About the role

Amazon is expanding its Hub Delivery network across the AMET region and seeks a senior leader to own Partner Experience, Safety & Quality, and Compliance initiatives. This role will translate strategic vision into actionable programs while navigating a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Experience & Engagement (Egypt): Analyse partner feedback, develop data‑driven insights, and design scalable engagement and recognition programs that align Hub Partners with Amazon’s culture.
• Safety & Quality Management (AMET): Define and execute safety strategies, monitor quality metrics (DEA, FDDS, DNR), create regional benchmarks, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & Risk Management (AMET): Partner with legal, business, and engineering teams to identify regulatory risks, develop policies and training, and automate compliance reporting pipelines.
• Communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale programs in logistics, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn quantitative and qualitative data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing product, field, and program teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑growth environments and delivering results across multiple regions.
