Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Monitor progress with project management tools, track performance against KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Review and approve technical documents, design submissions and change orders while ensuring compliance with contracts and safety regulations.
• Lead regular project meetings, prepare status reports for senior management and keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor project team members, promote knowledge transfer and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 15–20 years of construction project management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure, finishing and building projects.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI‑RMP, OSHA Safety Certification.
