Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead construction projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients to align project outcomes with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Monitor progress with project management tools, track milestones and report status.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and approve technical documentation, design submissions and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to enforce quality control and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Mentor project team members and promote knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of construction project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role on large‑scale infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
