Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme (UAE Bank)

About the role

You will be the operational anchor of a high‑stakes transformation programme for a major UAE bank, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and workstreams stay on track while adapting to shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Run the programme plan end‑to‑end, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting.
• Own client‑facing project governance, including status calls, steering‑committee preparation and follow‑through.
• Navigate and align stakeholders from marketing, IT, procurement and the C‑suite, often simultaneously.
• Protect scope by documenting change requests, flagging commercial implications and holding the line on agreed boundaries.
• Keep internal teams (strategy, design, technology) aligned to a shared delivery cadence.
• Produce clean client‑facing deliverables such as status reports, decision logs, risk registers and milestone tracking.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of project or programme management experience in consulting, digital transformation or agency environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder clients, including senior IT and business leaders.
• Ability to hold difficult conversations with clients and internal teams while maintaining relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear writing and tight meeting facilitation.
• Experience with transformation or technology delivery programmes (MarTech, CRM, AI or digital) is a strong plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is beneficial but not required.
