Senior Project Team Leader – Digital & LFO Programs

About the role

The Senior Project Team Leader will drive the Digital stream and LFO programs for e&Loyalty, overseeing mobile applications such as My e& and Spoc APP, as well as the CVM and Terminal programs across all departments. This role combines product vision, agile delivery, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure successful digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define product functionality and translate stakeholder needs into effective design alternatives.
• Lead grooming sessions, manage backlogs, and clarify feature requirements for development squads.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term plans, own delivery commitments, and coordinate with business readiness functions.
• Maintain a roadmap of analytics use cases from data collection through modeling, reporting and dashboards.
• Interact regularly with executives and senior managers to align objectives and secure buy‑in for product ideas.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external program matters, including steering committees with IT and commercial teams.
• Guide day‑to‑day team activities, conduct performance evaluations, and address employee issues.
• Lead partnerships with banks, payment aggregators, digital wallet platforms and other external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in the mobile communications sector.
• Proven experience in project management and agile coaching.
• Strong ability to handle cross‑functional activities across finance, marketing and supplier teams.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of telecom industry players, regulatory guidelines and corporate organisational structures.
