Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Coldwell Banker® is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new client leads.
• Conduct property viewings and present options tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate offers and prepare contracts in line with legal and company standards.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of listings and market data.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout buying, selling, or leasing processes.
• Build and nurture a strong client network and represent the Coldwell Banker brand professionally.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of property laws and transaction processes.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, including listing, marketing and closing deals.
• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities, with a track record of long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the New Cairo market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred (not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
