Senior Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will drive the promotion and sale of residential, commercial and investment properties. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored property solutions while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Assist clients in buying, selling or renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and partners.
• Provide professional advice on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
• Ensure smooth transaction closing and complete all required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in real‑estate development or sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate market.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
