Senior Proposal Engineer – French Speaking

About the role

As a Senior Proposal Engineer you will work closely with regional win‑work leads, business development, and the engagement team across AtkinsRéalis to create compelling bids. You will be part of the central Bid Management team and help improve the win‑work capability through people, processes, tools, information, and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate capture planning and kick‑off workshops.
• Lead Go/No‑Go calls, risk assessments and win‑theme sessions.
• Manage CRM portals, review procurement documents and maintain the Bid/Proposal Management Plan.
• Develop compliance matrices, storyboard templates and allocate bid deliverables.
• Coordinate graphics, templates, and document formatting.
• Conduct final quality reviews, proofreading and compliance checks.
• Support stage‑gate reviews, client queries, interview preparation and case‑study production.
• Lead lessons‑learned sessions and disseminate feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship‑building, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and proactive with a willingness to start initiatives from scratch.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software.
• Analytical mindset with solid organisational and scheduling skills.
