About the role

We are looking for a senior real estate sales professional to join our New Cairo office. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture new leads for residential, commercial and administrative projects.
  • Present property portfolios to prospective buyers and guide them through the decision process.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and close sales transactions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of X Estate Developments’ offerings and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal and project teams to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and property transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the New Cairo real‑estate market (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Expertise in real estate and real estate development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering positive client experiences.
