About the role

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high‑performing team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, has a proven record of closing residential and commercial deals, and enjoys mentoring junior colleagues while growing their own pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain a high volume of leads through networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, market trends, and property conditions to help clients make informed buying or selling decisions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on local market trends, zoning regulations, and property values; deliver accurate market analyses.
• Negotiate offers, counter‑offers, and contract terms; coordinate all transaction phases with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
• Lead and mentor junior agents, share best practices, and contribute to team strategy sessions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while managing a consistent personal sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or both types of real‑estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the local real‑estate market and current trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using MLS listings.
• Familiarity with real‑estate specific tools and platforms.
