Senior Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to lead its resale and primary property portfolio in New Cairo. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of resale and primary properties, conducting viewings and guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing clients, and prepare property presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and market trends.
• Develop sales plans with management and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Mentor junior sales staff and support training activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales and sales‑management experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build long‑term client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car for client visits.
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools to track leads, activities, and sales performance.
