Senior Recruiter (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead full‑cycle recruitment for multiple positions across the MENAT region. The role is hybrid, based in Maadi, Cairo, and involves partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, meeting SLAs and quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines and selection processes.
• Lead vacancy intake discussions and act as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from engagement to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or RPO setting.
• Track record of managing multiple requisitions and high‑volume campaigns.
• Experience recruiting for positions across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/CRM recruitment systems.
