Senior Recruitment Specialist – Outsourcing

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead the talent acquisition efforts for our Outsourcing division, focusing on high‑volume hiring for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute mass hiring campaigns to meet the staffing needs of multiple client projects.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles, from administrative staff to skilled labor.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in outsourcing or staffing agencies.
• Demonstrated success in large‑scale recruitment drives.
• Background hiring both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
