Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive business growth for Torishima Services Solutions Egypt (TSSEG) by promoting pumps, services, spare parts and aftermarket solutions to the Irrigation and Power Plant sectors. You will act as the technical and commercial bridge between customers and the company, ensuring solutions meet Torishima standards.

Key responsibilities

• Position TSSEG as the preferred partner for irrigation and power customers.
• Generate revenue from the existing installed base and capture third‑party installations.
• Educate the market on Torishima’s value proposition and advanced service offerings.
• Promote service contracts to increase customer loyalty and recurring revenue.
• Identify and develop new customers, channels and export opportunities.
• Increase market share and penetration in both local and export markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth milestones in the irrigation and power segments.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑6 years of sales and business development experience, preferably across multiple industries.
• Strong commercial background with proven sales performance.
• Deep knowledge of pumping solutions and the irrigation/power sector.
• Excellent customer relationship management and market insight.
