Senior Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Excellence team seeks a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to drive top‑line growth by standardising and optimising sales processes, tools and metrics. Reporting to the BA META Sales Excellence Leader, you will act as a change agent, equipping sales teams with the capabilities needed to achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve and standardise common sales processes, content, tools, metrics and operational tactics.
• Develop, deploy and maintain a curriculum and inventory of best‑practice sales solutions.
• Own pipeline management, provide bi‑weekly updates and analyses for regional, global and executive reviews.
• Analyse sales metrics and audit process efficacy to recommend productivity improvements.
• Establish and oversee Salesforce (SFDC) management practices and drive tool standardisation.
• Support annual budget development and sales quota deployment.
• Partner with strategic and product marketing to design new lead‑acquisition methods and data‑analysis frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Channel Ops, MarComs, Offering Management and Pricing to deliver data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations or commercial excellence within a large, data‑driven organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process large volumes of disparate data.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of implementing best‑practice sales processes that drive measurable growth.
