Senior Sales Project Engineer

About the role

Prime Group is seeking a Senior Sales Project Engineer to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships for its electrical products. The role combines technical support, sales negotiation, and market analysis to achieve annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads by exploring new markets and customers.
• Contact and follow up with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction levels.
• Provide technical support, respond to client comments, and submit required documents such as catalogs and samples.
• Prepare project quotations, submit technical proposals, and follow up on pending projects.
• Sell and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Report sales figures, goals, and market insights to management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through visits, phone contact, and issue resolution.
• Participate in negotiations with key customers and close deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power & Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project sales engineer in electrical products.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑management abilities.
• Extensive network of project consultants and construction firms in the market.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and able to prioritize tasks.
