Senior SAP EWM Associate (ETIC)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to support and enhance warehouse operations using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The role involves configuring, testing, and deploying SAP EWM solutions for clients in the ETIC region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in SAP EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and troubleshoot SAP EWM functional issues.
• Collaborate with business users to translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Configure and maintain EWM components such as inbound/outbound processes, storage control, RF integration, and physical inventory.
• Participate in integration activities with SAP MM, SD, PP and external systems.
• Document functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2.5–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Experience with RF devices and mobile data entry in warehouse environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for project deployments and client engagements.
