Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO)

About the role

COB Solution is seeking a Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead SEO initiatives for its digital properties. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions by designing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic performance.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to guide content creation.
• Perform technical and content SEO audits and apply recommendations.
• Optimize on‑page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
• Manage ethical link‑building and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into campaigns, website updates, and product launches.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Hands‑on experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits.
• Proven track record in ethical link‑building and off‑page optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of on‑page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Solid experience with web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, create clear reports, and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO initiatives and working cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or B2B services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
