Senior Security & Vulnerability Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Security & Vulnerability Management professional to lead the identification, analysis and remediation of security weaknesses across our infrastructure. The role collaborates with security, IT and business teams to ensure compliance with client standards, maintain effective disaster‑recovery processes, and drive continuous improvement of vulnerability management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily assessment of vulnerabilities identified by infrastructure scans and prioritize remediation timelines.
• Configure, schedule and execute vulnerability scans (e.g., Qualys) and produce detailed scan reports.
• Work with the security team to review and apply hardening documents on all systems.
• Conduct disaster‑recovery drills, maintain runbooks, and coordinate with BCP/BCM teams.
• Analyze security issues, develop metrics, and drive KPI/SLAs for security performance.
• Establish relationships with system owners to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Provide analysis and guidance to team members on vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Support classification of new vulnerabilities and brief leadership on risk impact.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in vulnerability management or related security roles.
• Strong knowledge of security trends, threats and best practices.
• Experience conducting DR drills and working with BCP/BCM processes.
• Ability to develop and track security metrics and service‑level agreements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys and Archer.
• Proficiency on multiple IT platforms: Windows, Linux/Unix, databases and networking.
• Security analysis and remediation planning.
• Familiarity with disaster‑recovery, business continuity, and compliance reporting.
