Senior Service Engineer – Industrial Equipment

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to support our industrial equipment portfolio in 6th of October City. The role involves delivering high‑quality maintenance and service to our customers, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Install, commission, and service equipment at customer sites.
- Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Provide technical support and ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Service or Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to customer sites.
