About the role
QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to partner with clients across diverse industries. You will help shape technology strategy, design architecture, and deliver next‑generation products at scale while growing as a technology leader.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define technology roadmaps and architectural solutions.
- Make strategic technology decisions and drive design of scalable systems.
- Apply agile methodologies to lead project workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
- Coach client teams on engineering best practices, user‑centric design, and Agile values.
- Co‑create solutions alongside client leadership, fostering technical capability building.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with resilience and a growth‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
- Commitment to ethical standards and collaborative teamwork.
