Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and delivery of high‑quality mobile and web applications, driving architectural decisions and mentoring the engineering team. Working closely with product, design and other stakeholders, you will ensure scalable, performant digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features for React Native and Next.js platforms with speed and precision.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, from design and implementation to deployment and production monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested TypeScript code for front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Lead technical initiatives, contribute to architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to improve coding efficiency, testing and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, reliability and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Mentor engineers of varying experience levels and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering React Native and Next.js applications.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills with a product‑focused mindset.
• Understanding of software architecture, scalable system design and modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, version control).
