Senior Solid Production Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solid Production Pharmacist to operate multiple manufacturing machines under close supervision, ensuring compliance with all guidelines while meeting production targets for solid dosage forms.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily production activities for granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
• Ensure all operations comply with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor processes to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency targets.
• Accurately complete batch manufacturing records (BMRs) on schedule.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Oversee proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Train and guide production staff on SOPs and GMP practices.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain strict safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in solid dosage manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and batch record documentation.
