Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to act as a trusted advisor and technical leader for strategic customer engagements. In this role you will bridge business needs with innovative technology solutions, guiding customers through digital transformation and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, future‑ready architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Understand customer strategies, industry challenges and technology requirements to advise on digital roadmaps.
• Lead the design of end‑to‑end solution architectures, producing high‑level and detailed designs.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, ensuring security, sustainability and best‑practice alignment.
• Support sales and account teams during RFPs, RFIs, workshops, demos and proposal development.
• Create proof‑of‑concepts and technical validations to shape winning solution strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, collaborating with project managers, delivery teams and partners.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and serve as an escalation point for solution decisions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and promote innovation within customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution consulting or architecture for enterprise customers.
• Strong advisory and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding complex projects and mentoring teams.
• Track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
