Senior Strategy Consultant – Energy, Industrials & Sustainability

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high‑impact projects for clients in the Energy, Industrials and Sustainability sectors across the MENA region. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to shape strategic direction and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategy consulting engagements in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials and Sustainability.
• Define project objectives with senior client stakeholders and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Translate complex client challenges into actionable insights, market assessments and business strategies.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior members and oversee quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, with a focus on Energy, Industrials or Sustainability.
• Proven track record of leading significant strategy projects, including digital transformation and market entry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and business‑acumen skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and willingness to travel within the MENA region.
