Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Address Investments seeks a senior leader to own the full talent acquisition function. Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape the strategy, processes, and team that attract top talent to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company‑wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with department heads to define staffing needs, selection criteria, and candidate profiles.
• Design, streamline, and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and nurture talent pipelines.
• Lead job fairs, career events, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Oversee every stage of the candidate journey, from application to offer.
• Collaborate with Marketing and HR to strengthen employer brand.
• Implement assessment tools to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential.
• Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team, setting vision and performance standards.
• Track and report key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and HR ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
