About the role

Khazna is a fast‑growing neobank focused on financial inclusion for the underbanked in the Middle East. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, partner closely with business leaders, and help shape the talent strategy as the company expands into Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market trends, salary benchmarks and best‑practice guidance.
• Partner with managers to define hiring needs, influence decisions and align recruitment strategies with business priorities.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to final selection.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and long‑term talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping, market research and direct headhunting using multiple sourcing channels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience and operational excellence.
• Conduct structured screening interviews assessing technical skills, competencies, motivation and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards and hiring reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced tech, fintech or startup environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring for niche and hard‑to‑fill technical positions.
