About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for Naguib Selim, a leading home‑textiles and décor provider in Egypt. Based in Cairo, this full‑time, on‑site position partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a structured, fair selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and leverage employer‑branding initiatives to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Use market data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with HR on onboarding and workforce planning activities.

Required profile

• Several years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or home‑decor sectors.
• Proven ability to design and execute hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
