Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for NoVi Holding’s two operating companies – NoVi Designs & Finishing and NoVi Marketing Services. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will build and sustain talent pipelines across construction, engineering, MEP, fit‑out, finishing, marketing, creative and media functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce request to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for construction, finishing and marketing‑agency positions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor research and proactive talent hunting.
• Create accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Screen CVs and lead structured competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, offers and pre‑employment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and workflows in Odoo.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.
• Track KPIs, produce hiring reports and ensure SLA compliance.
• Enhance candidate experience and protect the employer brand.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of talent‑acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for construction, engineering, MEP, fit‑out, finishing, marketing or creative agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to attract senior and specialised candidates.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and urgent hiring priorities.

• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
