Senior Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Development Specialist will drive Al Marasem Group’s talent development strategy, overseeing performance management, learning & development, and graduate and internship programmes. Reporting to HR leadership, you will partner with business units to build a high‑performing workforce aligned with the company’s real‑estate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full performance management cycle, from objective setting to final appraisal, ensuring alignment with job responsibilities and KPIs.
• Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis, design the training plan, coordinate with internal and external providers, and track learning outcomes.
• Identify high‑potential talent and deliver development initiatives such as leadership, career, and succession planning programmes.
• Design, coordinate and continuously improve internship and graduate programmes, including recruitment, onboarding and mentorship.
• Analyse performance and HR data to highlight trends, gaps and development needs, and provide actionable insights to managers.
• Maintain accurate records of appraisals, training activities and employee development plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent development, performance management or learning & development within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to design and run graduate, internship or high‑potential programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work with senior leaders and department heads.
