Senior Technical Architect Engineer

About the role

The Senior Technical Architect Engineer will lead the technical development of architectural projects, ensuring design integrity, buildability, and compliance with all regulations and standards. This role acts as a bridge between design and construction, coordinating documentation and detailing across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate design development from schematic packages and distribute tasks to the project team.
• Coordinate with Design and Urban Planning departments to align technical work with the project’s vision.
• Cross‑check floor plans, marketing perspectives, and saleable area documents to avoid conflicts.
• Apply code requirements, consultant specifications, and verify building footprints.
• Prepare and review the Basis of Design Report (BODR) and present it to the client.
• Propose structural concepts that complement the architectural design and coordinate with specialized consultants.
• Prepare architectural drawings, permit packages, and tender documents in accordance with local building regulations.
• Coordinate and verify all architectural drawings with structural, electromechanical, and other discipline consultants.
• Supervise the production of detailed and final construction drawings and respond to site inquiries.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in architectural technical development and project coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex documentation.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
