Senior Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Technical Architect to join our growing team in Sheikh Zayed. The successful candidate will lead a small group of architects and engineers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality architectural projects while coordinating multidisciplinary efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to five architects/engineers.
• Develop and oversee technical design, construction documentation, and BIM models.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with Egyptian and international building codes.
• Manage project coordination using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Deliver mixed‑use, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 6–9 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian and international building codes and standards.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
