Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact projects within the UK IT portfolio of VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group. The role will shape, mobilise and deliver multiple initiatives across cross‑functional teams, systems and external partners, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of one or more complex projects, managing the full lifecycle from business case to operational handover.
• Build, lead and support cross‑functional project teams, creating clear objectives and a collaborative environment.
• Define and communicate programme vision and future state, aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes.
• Develop detailed project and programme plans, including resource forecasting, dependencies and critical‑path management.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage financial performance, including capitalisation and budget tracking.
• Integrate all workstreams into a unified delivery plan and ensure alignment across technical and business activities.
• Monitor and control project performance, embedding measurable outcomes and success criteria.
• Establish and manage stakeholder communication plans with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage supply and demand of resources throughout the project lifecycle, covering people, financials and technology.
• Oversee governance compliance and ensure adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with system integrators and third‑party partners to achieve programme objectives.

Required profile

• Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
• Typically more than 5 years of experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting and governance in a telecom or technology environment.
