Senior Technical Lead - .NET Fullstack

About the role

Integrant Inc is hiring a Senior Technical Lead - .NET Fullstack in Cairo. The role is the technical backbone of the project, owning architecture, engineering standards and technical quality while partnering with the Technical Project Lead on delivery. Candidates should show deep expertise in modern .NET, cloud, AI and distributed systems, and be able to lift their team's skills.

Key responsibilities

• Own and approve system architecture, design specifications and technical direction, including bounded contexts and DDD patterns, event-driven and microservices designs, distributed caching and comprehensive testing strategies.
• Build multi-agent AI systems with LLM integration, simple RAG and n8n, and set up agent evaluation frameworks.
• Design advanced caching with Redis/Azure Cache, complex serverless orchestration, API gateway policies and database replication and high availability strategies.
• Manage multi-container apps with Docker Compose, drive CI/CD and source control workflows, and secure AI endpoints and agents (key rotation, TLS, SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Enforce engineering standards: code reviews, unit and integration testing, SOLID principles and clean architecture.
• Mentor team members, run educational code reviews, assess capabilities and advise the Technical Project Lead on task assignments.
• Assess technical feasibility and effort, support risk assessments and status reports, and support client-facing technical discussions with US clients.

Required profile

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a Lead Software Engineer leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C# and the modern .NET ecosystem, and with frontend technologies (Angular or React).
• Experience with DDD, event-driven architecture, microservices, distributed systems and multi-agent AI systems.
• Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), database replication and failover, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
• Security practices, agile methodology, strong client engagement skills and self-learning.
