Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of seamless, user‑focused experiences across our product suite. In this role you will combine strong UX research and strategy with high‑quality visual design to shape how thousands of users interact with our services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX/UI design for key product features and user flows.
• Translate business and user needs into journeys, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Ensure alignment with our design system, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Writing teams.
• Review work and mentor other designers when needed.
• Contribute to design governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in UX research, interaction design, and UI design.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Hands‑on experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience designing mobile‑first products for iOS and/or Android.
• Previous experience in B2C products.
• Familiarity with developer handoff best practices.
