About the role

Senior Vendor Acquisition professionals at innovaDigits lead the sourcing and onboarding of new vendors to support the company’s growth across multiple markets. The role combines outreach, due‑diligence and training to ensure a seamless integration of partners into the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and acquisition campaigns targeting potential vendors.
• Collect, verify and process vendor documentation (eKYC) to meet compliance standards.
• Guide vendors through the onboarding journey, including initial training and activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline status and report progress to regional leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a marketplace, e‑commerce, distribution or trade‑operations environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end vendor onboarding and activation.
• Basic commercial understanding of commissions, pricing and related concepts.
• Strong discipline in SLA adherence and process execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
