Senior Warehouse Keeper

About the role

The Senior Warehouse Keeper will oversee all activities related to finished‑goods storage at Viatris Egypt. Reporting to the warehouse management team, the role ensures compliance with Viatris quality policies, GxP standards and internal SOPs while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive finished goods from production, record transactions and manage quarantine and release processes in SAP.
• Transfer released products to appropriate stock locations and coordinate inter‑warehouse movements.
• Reconcile inventory with the Logistics Service Provider, monitor stock levels and verify product availability.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts, investigate discrepancies and support annual physical inventory activities.
• Prepare shipments, coordinate deliveries with the logistics team and ensure GxP‑compliant storage and distribution.
• Handle returned, damaged or expired products, process them in SAP and move them to the sales return store.
• Support stamping, serialization and over‑printing activities, including receipt and release of goods.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Production, QA, Supply Chain, Sales and external parties including the Ministry of Health and logistics partners.
