About the role
We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team and manage a portfolio of customer accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent mechanical engineering graduates who are eager to develop strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling all inquiries and issues.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the IMS team to propose new products or services.
- Maintain accurate customer data and keep communication channels open, clearly conveying deadlines and expectations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduate status; no prior professional experience required.
