Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of practical experience in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, and operational testing of industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose technical and mechanical issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with technical teams and customers to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and engineering standards during field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of practical experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial equipment.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Capability to succeed in technical engineering interviews and practical assessments.
